Terms and Conditions

• Entries are limited to one (1) per person.

• Valid for Hong Kong Residence only.

• There will be one (1) prize. This prize will be HK$100.00, payable by bank cheque or electronic funds transfer.

• The prize winner will be contacted on 31st August 2015 by the email address supplied by the entrant.

• If the prize winner does not respond to claim the prize within twenty one (21) days of the draw, a re-draw will be conducted within thirty (30) days of the original draw date.

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be disregarded.

• Results of the survey may be shared for academic purposes; however all personal details (name, email, telephone) will not be shared or distributed in any form.

• By submitting this survey you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
